The Vice City Manatees are a professional American football team based in Vice City, Leonida, due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. The character Dre'Quan Priest wears the team's number 19 jersey in the second trailer, an official screenshot, and a promotional website video, and the jersey's jock tag places the club in the fictional American Football Federation. With near-identical aqua-heavy kit design, the Manatees appear to be modeled on the NFL's Miami Dolphins.

Dre'Quan Priest is shown in an Eris-made Vice City Manatees jersey carrying the number 19. The garment appears in Grand Theft Auto VI’s second trailer, in an official image, and in a video published through the game’s promotional site.
A jock tag attached to the jersey identifies the Manatees as an American Football Federation team. This is the only league connection shown for the club in the available GTA VI material.
Miami Dolphins Inspiration
The Manatees draw on the Miami Dolphins, the National Football League team from Miami. Their football uniform uses an aqua-focused colour scheme closely resembling the Dolphins’ kit, including the overall arrangement of the jersey design.
The resemblance is expressed through the clothing worn by Priest rather than through a displayed stadium, match, roster, or other team material. No earlier Grand Theft Auto appearance, gameplay role, or additional Manatees variant is identified.
