Rockstar hasn’t revealed a single in-game radio station for GTA 6 yet. What we do have is 20 real-world songs heard across two official trailers and the Extended Look, and one legacy station name — V-Rock — teased in promo material.

Rockstar's two trailers and August 2026 Extended Look have now surfaced 20 real-world songs in official Grand Theft Auto VI footage. The 14-track Extended Look selection spans hip-hop, new wave, rock, country, Latin music, and electronic music, joining the six songs already heard across Trailers 1 and 2. These are verified soundtrack uses in official promotional footage, not confirmation that any track belongs to a playable in-game radio station.

V-Rock

Referenced, not confirmed as playable

Heavy metal Vice City

V-Rock is the fictional heavy-metal radio station tied to Vice City's HD Universe continuity, first mentioned in Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City as the 1980s gig where DJ Lazlow Jones got his start, and later referenced through a purchasable satin jacket in Grand Theft Auto Online. Its clearest tie to Grand Theft Auto VI so far is a teaser clip on the game's promotional website, where Jason Duval wears a V-Rock T-shirt bearing an updated version of the station's Jimmy the Vulture mascot and logo, hinting the brand may resurface in some form. Rockstar has not confirmed V-Rock as a playable in-game station for GTA VI, only that it is referenced.

What songs are in the GTA 6 trailers?

Six real-world songs have surfaced so far. Trailer 1 (December 2023) used Tom Petty’s "Love Is a Long Road" (1989). Trailer 2 (May 2025) ran five tracks: Jay Ferguson’s "Thunder Island" (1977), Zenglen’s "Child Support" (2004), Wang Chung’s "Everybody Have Fun Tonight" (1986), Tammy Wynette’s "Talkin’ to Myself Again" (1987), and The Pointer Sisters’ "Hot Together" (1986).

Is there a full GTA 6 radio station list yet?

No. Rockstar has not revealed any in-game radio stations or their playlists for GTA 6. Twenty songs have been heard across the two trailers and the Extended Look, but none is confirmed to appear on an in-game station.

Will V-Rock be a radio station in GTA 6?

Unconfirmed. V-Rock is an existing Vice City heavy-metal station from GTA lore, and Jason Duval wears a V-Rock T-shirt with an updated logo in GTA VI promo material — a strong nod, but Rockstar hasn’t confirmed it as a playable in-game station.

Does music matter to the GTA 6 story?

It looks that way. Official screenshots tie the fictional Only Raw Records label and its Real Dimez artists into the plot, and Lucia Caminos is shown wearing wireless earbuds — hints that music production plays a bigger role than in past GTA games, though the exact gameplay tie-in is unconfirmed.
