The Schafter V12 is a performance-oriented luxury sedan from Benefactor, added to GTA Online in the Executives and Other Criminals update and also offered in armored form. The four-door is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI.
GTA VI trailer sightings
The Schafter V12 appears on the Ocean Drive-inspired thoroughfare in Vice Beach at 0:31 of GTA VI’s first trailer. It is therefore confirmed in the Vice City region, rather than merely being listed for the game.
The second trailer shows a white example passing Jason and Dre’Quan at 1:58. Another is visible making a right turn at an intersection in the final shot, at 2:34. These trailer appearances are the documented GTA VI evidence; no GTA VI price, class, or performance specification is shown alongside them.
Mirror treatment in GTA VI
The GTA VI model changes the treatment of its door mirrors from the GTA Online version. Earlier, the mirrors were black; in the newer appearance they match the vehicle’s primary paint colour.
This is a visual revision rather than evidence of a confirmed mechanical change. The trailers establish the altered mirror finish, but do not state whether GTA VI retains the earlier car’s colour channels, engine setup, or handling characteristics.
Design basis and colour layout
The GTA Online Schafter V12 is presented as a more powerful take on the second-generation Schafter. Its real-world influence is identified as the Mercedes-Benz S 65 AMG, with that relationship described as likely rather than confirmed by an official manufacturer statement.
Its basic shape and arrangement closely follow the regular Schafter, while the bumpers borrow styling cues from the Schwartzer. The exhaust outlets resemble those fitted to the standard Schafter. Its standard wheels use the same pattern as Los Santos Customs’ “Diamond Cut” Sport rims and wear low-profile tyres.
In GTA Online, primary paint covers the bodywork and interior stitching. Secondary paint is used on the hood, roof, and trunk, while a separate trim colour changes the dashboard, seats, and door panels.
Online performance and race classes
For GTA Online, the V12 uses an upgraded version of the apparent V12 engine and sends its increased output to the rear wheels. It has stronger acceleration, a higher maximum speed, better grip, and slightly shorter braking distances than the normal Schafter. Its engine note is higher-revving and louder, although its visible cover and model remain the same.
Its acceleration is described as broadly comparable with the Zentorno, while its top speed competes with the Adder. The car combines a tight turning circle and quick steering response with a tendency to oversteer under its high torque, making corners difficult to manage. Later four-door Sports cars may out-accelerate it, but its low drag coefficient supports a strong top-end speed.
Although listed in GTA Online’s Sports class, the Schafter V12 is eligible for both Sedan and Sports races.
Ownership and mission roles
The standard GTA Online Schafter V12 costs $116,000 from Legendary Motorsport. Tony Prince’s special vehicle can be delivered without charge through his Request Limo service. His version carries the plate “PR1NCE,” has limousine-grade window tint, and uses the Liberty City Loop horn.
Tony’s Schafter V12 appears in After Hours Resident DJ and Nightclub Management work. It can also appear in Nightclub Management’s Deliver VIP activity. Other appearances include Premium Deluxe Repo Work’s Sasquashed Seven, the Cutting Torch preparation for The Cayo Perico Heist, the Bank Contract finale, Auto Shop Service jobs, and the stolen-watch version of Recover Valuables.
The Armenian Mob uses the model, including an Armenian client’s red car in the Bank Contract finale.
