The truck appears only in part at the 1:07 mark of Grand Theft Auto VI’s first trailer. It is shown in green at an intersection in Vice City, with the visible roof finished in black. Dakota Sport reference
Its apparent real-world reference is the 1989–1991 Dodge Dakota Sport convertible. The black roof is the feature linking the GTA VI vehicle to that model, as it resembles the vinyl top associated with the Dakota convertible. The available footage does not establish whether the GTA VI truck is definitely convertible or identify any further details borrowed from the Dodge.
