An unnamed medium truck is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI in at least two configurations, a box truck seen on the freeway and a flatbed version, one instance carrying tyres, all within the first trailer. It resembles the long-running Mule series and appears to be based on the Isuzu Elf, the same real-world cab-over the HD-era Mules already reference.
First Trailer Timecodes
The unnamed medium truck appears at four points in the first Grand Theft Auto VI trailer: 0:02, 0:31, 0:50, and 1:03. The two earliest shots show an enclosed freight body travelling on a freeway. The later pair show the same basic truck in flatbed form; the vehicle visible at 1:03 has tyres loaded on it.
These trailer appearances establish two body arrangements for GTA VI: a conventional box-bodied hauler and an open-bed carrier. The footage identifies neither an in-game manufacturer nor a model name, so the vehicle remains unnamed.
Elf and Mule Connection
Its cab-over layout and overall form point to the Isuzu Elf, a long-running compact medium-duty truck range. The GTA VI vehicle appears to draw from that real-world truck rather than being confirmed as a direct named recreation of it.
It also closely resembles the Mule line of trucks from earlier Grand Theft Auto games. In the HD Universe, Mules already borrow elements from the Isuzu Elf’s styling, placing this GTA VI truck alongside that established series rather than identifying it as a confirmed Mule variant. Its stated class is mediumtruck, with Medium Truck as its body type.
