Mustang .357
Handguns Duke Arms Company
The Mustang .357 is a revolver manufactured in-fiction by the Duke Arms Company and is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. It was spotted in an official screenshot, held across her partner's chest by a biker woman, with the Duke Arms Company branding visible behind the cylinder and the weapon's name engraved along the barrel. Its design and name both draw on real Colt firearms: it appears to be based on the Colt Python, its ".357" name nods to the Python's .357 Magnum chambering, and "Mustang" is borrowed from the separate Colt Mustang pistol.
Shown officially Rockstar has shown this in a trailer, the Extended Look, an official screenshot, artwork, or its own site.

Official screenshot appearance
The Mustang .357 has been shown in Grand Theft Auto VI through an official screenshot. In that image, a woman associated with a biker is carrying the revolver across the chest of her partner. The visible presentation identifies it as a handgun from the Duke Arms Company.
Branding on the frame behind the cylinder identifies the fictional maker, while the barrel bears the Mustang .357 designation. This screenshot is the documented GTA VI appearance; no trailer time, region, purchase information, weapon variant, modification, handling detail, or gameplay statistic has been shown.
Colt Python influence
Its revolver form is modelled after the Colt Python. The connection extends beyond its overall appearance: the “.357” portion of the in-game name refers to the .357 Magnum cartridge associated with the real Python.
The Mustang portion comes from a different Colt product, the Colt Mustang. The GTA VI weapon therefore combines a Python-derived revolver design with a name that also incorporates the Mustang designation. No earlier Grand Theft Auto appearance or comparison with another in-game handgun has been identified.
