Not confirmed. Michael De Santa from GTA 5 has not been revealed for GTA 6.
GTA 6’s confirmed cast centers on Jason and Lucia in Leonida — none of GTA 5’s trio (Michael, Franklin, Trevor) has been announced as returning.
A cameo can’t be completely ruled out in Rockstar’s shared HD universe, but there is no evidence Michael appears, and Los Santos itself isn’t part of GTA 6.
