Méndez is a Vice City Police Department officer who appears in the second trailer and returns in Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look. He seems to have prior knowledge of Jason and Lucia and takes part in the raid on a drug operation where their collection run turns into a shootout. Rockstar has not disclosed his first name, voice actor, or full role in the story.
