Raymond is a San4San member and drug dealer introduced in Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look. Jason and Lucia collect a package from his Vice City drug operation on Boobie Ike's behalf, moments before a warning from Ernesto and a task-force raid turn the exchange into a shootout.
