In GTA Online the team showed up via a purchasable penthouse decoration—a football signed by former Mambas player BJ Smith—and later as the sponsor of a "Mambas 24" livery for the Vectre. Banners promoting the team were also spotted in the September 2022 leak footage.
Fleeca Field banners
September 2022 leak footage showed Vice City Mambas banners outside Fleeca Field in Rockridge, Vice City. The displays carried the club’s branding and slogan. Fleeca Field is presented as the Mambas’ presumed home stadium, although the footage did not directly confirm that status.
The available GTA VI material identifies an in-world advertising presence at the stadium rather than a match, player roster, or team activity. No trailer timestamp, official promotional image, or gameplay role is identified for the Mambas.
Miami Dolphins influence
The Mambas draw from the Miami Dolphins, the National Football League team. Their use of aqua in the colour scheme follows the Dolphins’ visual identity.
This connection concerns the team’s apparent design inspiration; no further real-world counterpart is named for its stadium, personnel, slogan, or football branding.
