Toros

The Toros appeared in several September 2022 GTA VI leak clips viewed from inside the vehicle. Those clips showed the cabin in use rather than only exterior traffic shots.

It later appeared in an official GTA VI screenshot as a green vehicle travelling along Interstate 404 in Downtown Vice City. This places the model in the Vice City region; the screenshot is the identified official visual record, while the earlier interior footage came from the 2022 leaks.

The GTA VI version has a substantially revised cabin compared with the GTA Online vehicle. Visible changes include different gauges, a new steering wheel, moving pedals, fully modelled vents, switches and rotary controls.

Its dashboard uses a two-tone treatment with carbon-fibre detailing. The door panels and infotainment display were also redone, and the infotainment home screen carries Pegassi branding. These documented GTA VI changes concern the interior; the available material does not establish whether its GTA Online driving behaviour carries over.

In GTA Online, the Toros draws most heavily from the 2018 Lamborghini Urus. Its side-glass shape instead takes cues from the 2018 Audi Q8, while the rear lamps borrow from the Lamborghini Aventador.

The result combines the substantial proportions of an SUV with details associated with Pegassi’s sports-car range. Its name also has a bovine connection: “toros” translates as “bulls” in Spanish and Italian, paralleling the Urus name’s reference to an ancestor of domestic cattle.

The GTA Online model was released on December 18, 2018, during Festive Surprise 2018. It is listed in the SUVs class, with Light Truck as its body type, and was sold through Legendary Motorsport for $498,000.

It features in Repo – Burn Rate, where gang members have set multiple Toros vehicles on fire and players must put the fires out. It can also be selected for Auto Shop Service jobs. In The Superdollar Deal, an unnamed Korean client owns one.

The GTA Online Toros uses a front-mounted V12 and an eight-speed transmission, driving all four wheels with 40 percent of power sent forward and 60 percent rearward. Its engine note is a high-revving blend resembling sounds used by the Cheetah and Adder.

Acceleration and maximum speed are strong enough for it to contend in drag races with vehicles including the Schafter V12, Z-Type, XA-21 and Adder. Against that, braking and grip are poor, and it retains SUV-like handling.

A third Advanced Flag gives it unusually firm suspension. Bumps and kerbs can make it bounce unpredictably, while the more easily compressed suspension makes kerb boosting more pronounced than in the Huntley S or XLS. Front-bumper modifications affect traction, but spoiler options do not alter performance.

The Online cabin is adapted from the Tempesta interior, itself based on the FMJ’s, to suit the Toros layout. Its steering-wheel horn pad displays the Pegassi emblem. Main paint covers the body, while the secondary colour applies above the grey or silver accent line and to the mirrors; interior stitching has a separate trim colour.

It shares the Tempesta’s wheel design. Some naturally generated examples can colour portions of the spokes, although that option is not available through ordinary customization. Although the body has a tailgate seam, the trunk cannot be opened through the Interaction Menu or other methods.

Its default eight-gear setup causes a transmission-upgrade fault: adding another gear can leave the vehicle unable to downshift after it reaches eighth. Unless reverse is manually selected, it may then struggle to accelerate from the next stop.
