The Nagasaki Carbon RS is a lightweight carbon-bodied sport bike from Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online that is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. Originally exclusive to buyers of GTA V's Collector's Edition, it later went on general sale through Legendary Motorsport in the enhanced editions.

Vice Beach Trailer Sightings

The Carbon RS is shown in Grand Theft Auto VI’s first trailer on a major road in Vice Beach. At 0:33, it is parked beside a red Double T. This is a specific Vice City-region appearance rather than a general reference to the model.

An earlier trailer shot also includes a standard Carbon RS wearing a white-and-grey livery. Both GTA VI examples display more detailed engine modelling than the version used in Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online. The trailer material identifies the motorcycle’s presence, but does not establish its availability, price, performance, or customization options in GTA VI.

Ducati and EBR Influences

The Carbon RS draws on the styling of the Ducati 1199 and the EBR 1190RS. Its carbon-fibre-oriented bodywork particularly reflects the EBR 1190RS, which also uses carbon-fibre panels.

In earlier games, the name “Carbon” matched the motorcycle’s CFRP bodywork. The bike has a sport-bike layout with a faired nose, curved screen, mirrors, and independently fitted handlebars above the upper clamp. Its front mudguard attaches directly to the silver or chrome fork legs.

In-Game Classification and Equipment

Nagasaki manufactures the Carbon RS, which is classified under Motorcycles in GTA V and GTA Online and uses the Street Bike body type. The instrument panel carries the same Sports Bike gauges found on the Akuma and Bati 801.

Its earlier-game design includes carbon-fibre wheels resembling Los Santos Customs’ Speedway rims. The enhanced edition added front turn signals to the mirror mounts, arranged in a manner comparable to the NRG 900 and Thrust. The standard game-file colour entry was white, but the carbon body itself did not permit a respray option.

GTA V Garage Availability

For Collector’s Edition owners in Grand Theft Auto V, the Carbon RS appeared in every protagonist’s away-from-home garage alongside the Hotknife. It was also listed by Legendary Motorsport for $40,000.

GTA Online catalogue listings changed across releases and ownership conditions. It has been listed for free through Legendary Motorsport, while players without the Collector’s Edition encountered an “Out of Stock” listing in one case. Other listings priced it at $40,000, including the general-sale availability associated with enhanced editions.

Engine and Road Behaviour

The earlier Carbon RS uses a four-cylinder engine, identified by its exhaust manifold, and a five-speed transmission. Its in-game website description claimed a 999cc engine producing 196 horsepower. It shares its engine audio with the Akuma and Double T.

A short wheelbase gives the motorcycle quick direction changes and helps it perform wheelies and stoppies. Its acceleration and manoeuvrability place it alongside other sport bikes, although its top speed is described as average and can be surpassed by the Bati 801.

Wheel Colour Patch Fix

A wheel-colour issue once allowed Carbon RS owners to buy wheel colours without changing the wheels’ appearance. Patch 1.02 corrected that problem.

On the Social Club online-garage page, the Carbon RS was used as the diagram vehicle for the entire sports-bike category.
