Faggio

The Faggio’s GTA VI appearance is confined to Rockstar’s promotional website: the back of a white scooter is visible during the animated, scroll-based sequence featuring Jason and Lucia. No trailer time, screenshot location, regional setting, handling detail, or GTA VI manufacturer listing is identified for that appearance.

Specific styling cues go beyond the Faggio’s established classic Piaggio Vespa basis. Its rear mudguards draw from the Vespa Sprint VLB1T, while some features may reflect the 1980s Vespa PX. The telescopic front forks and resonator-equipped exhaust are unusual on older Vespa-style scooters and may instead take cues from the Piaggio Boxer moped or Lambretta Model LD.

The rear lamp appears to be a custom design. Possible visual references include the 1939 Ford De Luxe, Yamaha Fino, and Triumph Rocket III. The scooter uses plain wheels with rivet-like detailing and medium-profile tyres.

The Ballad of Gay Tony introduced an updated Faggio that remained close to the earlier 3D Universe design. It gained a larger front fender, a raised central portion on its tall front panel, and silver edging. Its narrow handlebars carried one round headlamp and a single analogue gauge; the floorboard was finished in black rubber and had a right-side foot brake.

At the rear, the revised scooter used enlarged inset side panels, trim beneath the seat, a kickstarter on the right, a small plate, and one red tail lamp. Exposed mechanical parts included part of the engine, a spring, and a curved exhaust. GTA V retained this model almost unchanged, adding two passenger footrests. Purple velvet and leopard-print seats disappeared, while the zebra-pattern seat remained available. Enhanced GTA V also gave it the analogue gauge set used by bikes such as the Bagger and Police Bike.

The GTA V and GTA Online vehicle class is Motorcycles, despite the Faggio’s compact-bike body type. Its in-game text identifies it as Pegassi, and the Faggio Sport and Faggio Mod are also Pegassi products. Southern San Andreas Super Autos listed the ordinary Faggio as Pegassi for $5,000, but a Beach Bum Update error changed that website manufacturer to Principe. The known manufacturer listings therefore include both Pegassi and Principe.

Only bulletproof tyres and tyre smoke were available as listed modifications. In GTA Online it sold to Los Santos Customs for $500. It was later removed from the Southern San Andreas Super Autos site in enhanced editions following the San Andreas Mercenaries update. Trevor Philips owns a red example carrying the custom plate “Betty 32.”

In The Ballad of Gay Tony, the single-cylinder, CVT-equipped Faggio was much quicker than before and especially suited to sustained wheelies, apparently because of its short wheelbase and high centre of gravity. At maximum speed it could gradually pass heavy choppers including the Zombie, Freeway, and Hellfury. The game treated it and its modern counterpart alike in performance, handling data, and electric-sounding engine audio.

GTA V gave the scooter mediocre speed and insufficient pulling power for moderate hills, although its steering remained sharp. A wheelie at enough speed could make the suspension rebound, raise engine revs, and push it beyond 100 mph; steering had to remain minimal to prevent a crash. Its engine audio still sounded almost electric despite a CVT and three-speed gearbox.

The exhaust pipe does not properly meet the engine in The Ballad of Gay Tony or GTA V, leaving its opening visibly offset. GTA Online’s Faggio Mod corrected this by moving the pipe and muffler leftward. The standard Faggio also uses the Sanchez detail texture rather than its intended calabrone_detail texture, producing visible errors on the mats, seat underside, and engine flywheel.
