Sanchez

The Sanchez has been spotted in the Vice City region of Grand Theft Auto VI. Maibatsu remains its in-game manufacturer. No trailer timestamp, screenshot identifier, promotional description, rider, or GTA VI-specific mechanical detail is provided for that sighting.

Its GTA V and GTA Online classification is Motorcycles, and its body type is a dirt bike. Those classifications have not been separately confirmed for the GTA VI version.

Vice City, Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories used an older-style machine resembling an early-1980s Yamaha XT or Honda XL. It had long conventional forks, a round lamp, a small fuel tank, a black saddle, wire wheels, knobby tyres, and a right-side exhaust. These versions appeared in one overall colour.

San Andreas revised the look toward bikes such as the Honda CRM 250 and Yamaha DT 200. Its front end gained inverted forks and a squared fairing around a rectangular headlight; extra panels covered more of the engine, and the rear suspension spring became visible. Chinatown Wars retained broadly similar styling but removed the fairing and allowed several colours without graphics.

Grand Theft Auto IV shifted the design toward late-2000s Japanese competition dirt bikes, with possible influences including the 2006–2009 Yamaha YZ450F, 2007 Kawasaki KX450F and 2007 Honda CRF450X. The GP-450 lettering on its rear panels supported that direction. The model received a hexagonal nose, broader rear panels, engine protection, a covered front sprocket, carbon-fibre-looking exhaust sections, and green Sanchez graphics.

The GTA V and GTA Online Sanchez otherwise carried over the GTA IV model, but added long rails above the swingarm for passenger foot pegs. Its fork legs became permanently white and displayed Terroil and Auto Cowboys branding. A white square sat above the headlight, while Sanchez lettering appeared beneath it.

The handlebar brace carried Maibatsu branding, and the worn black side graphics included yellow Sanchez and GP-450 text. Rear side covers were fixed in white with Maibatsu lettering. Paint assignment also changed: the primary colour covered both mudguards and the Maibatsu handlebar-brace marking, while the secondary colour was used on the fairing, intercooler grilles, rear-cover outlines, and selected fork and rear-cover markings. Its wire-wheel design was derived from the Wires rims available at Los Santos Customs.

In GTA IV and GTA V/Online, the Sanchez is described as using a roughly 450 cc single-cylinder engine and a four-speed transmission. GTA IV gave it a kick-start mounting animation despite an audible electric starter when the engine turned over. Its engine note was loud with low idle revs; GTA V's version sounded smoother and higher-revving.

GTA IV portrayed the bike as light and controllable on rough ground, though it could be disabled after only a few direct impacts. It was more suited to Off-roads races than Motorcycle-class events, and large jumps could cause problems. GTA V handling made cornering sharper and wheelies easier to initiate, with a greater risk of falling when accelerating from rest; it could also climb very steep hills, losing performance as the slope became more vertical. GTA V and Online modifications were restricted to bulletproof tyres and tyre smoke.

The Sanchez has repeatedly been used for pursuits, races, and rural missions. San Andreas assigned one to Carl and Smoke during Wrong Side of the Tracks, supplied one in Badlands and Outrider, and used them with enemies in missions including Mountain Cloud Boys, Lure and End of the Line. GTA IV provided a red example in If the Price is Right, while Niko rode one during the chase in Out of Commission. Trevor used one in GTA V's Caida Libre and Derailed.

Vice City's Trial by Dirt included three black Sanchez bikes ridden by machete-wielding Haitian pursuers; their speed and handling matched ordinary examples. The Ballad of Gay Tony also featured a black-painted Sanchez in Armando Torres' Clocking Off. In San Andreas, the model was among the 30 Export and Import requests and could be imported for $8,000 after export-list conditions were met.
