The Novak is confirmed to return in Grand Theft Auto VI, but no trailer timestamp, screenshot, promotional image, map region, or in-game location is identified for it. Nothing stated establishes whether the GTA VI version differs in appearance, equipment, performance, or availability from the GTA Online vehicle.

Its documented prior appearance is in GTA Online, where it arrived during the continuing release of The Diamond Casino & Resort content in November 2019. No appearance in an earlier Grand Theft Auto game, or any change between earlier entries and GTA VI, is specified.

Lampadati’s light truck draws chiefly from the Maserati Levante. The Jaguar F-Pace and Alfa Romeo Stelvio also inform the overall crossover shape, while the headlight treatment takes cues from the sixth-generation Ford Mustang. Its rear lamps closely resemble those of the second-generation Ford Fusion, and the low side vents recall work by TopCar Design.

The body has a rounded, performance-oriented profile. At the nose, a mesh grille sits above large lower openings, with black headlamp surrounds containing angled light strips and circular main lamps. Raised lines run from the grille over the bonnet toward the windscreen pillars. The Lampadati emblem appears on the front.

Wider sections around the wheel openings give the fenders a squared-off arch profile. The doors are frameless, as on the real Levante. Black window surrounds, dark inner pillars, mirror mounts near the A-pillars, a curved rear roofline, and a small spoiler above the rear glass complete the upper body. A rear diffuser frames two exhaust outlets beneath the tail lamps and red reflectors.

In GTA Online, the Novak is classified as an SUV and built by Lampadati. It was sold through Legendary Motorsport for $608,000. Its exterior uses the primary paint colour, while the mirrors and engine detailing use the secondary colour. Dashboard, wheel, door, and seat stitching have an inaccessible trim-colour setting that remains black.

The standard wheels are an enlarged version of the Supernova SUV rims available at Los Santos Customs. Social Club imagery depicted a different, deep-dish shuriken-like wheel design; that wheel was not available in-game, including through Benny’s Original Motor Works or the Street wheel category.

Its cabin is a narrowed reuse of the Toros interior, itself derived from interiors used by vehicles including the FMJ and Tempesta. The steering wheel carries a Lampadati badge. The Novak’s apparent V-layout engine is mounted at the front and sends power to all four wheels through an eight-speed gearbox, with a 40:60 front-to-rear torque split. Although the engine model resembles a V6, it lacks enough visible detail to confirm its configuration. Its audio is an altered version of sounds also used by the Schafter V12 and Nightshark.

Among SUVs, the Novak has strong speed and acceleration, though it falls just short of the more sporting Toros. Its responsive handling helps it negotiate corners and traffic, and it remains capable on dirt roads and steep climbs. Bumps and kerbs can unsettle it, however, and its low weight makes it less able to shove other vehicles aside than heavier SUVs such as the Granger and its law-enforcement versions.

Two Advanced Flags are active on the vehicle. One makes its suspension unusually springy, producing excessive bouncing; the purpose of the other is not identified. The stock eight-speed setup also produces a transmission fault after an upgrade adds a ninth gear: once it reaches top gear, it does not automatically downshift, impairing acceleration after stopping unless reverse is selected manually. Changing from the standard wheel type places the brake calipers behind the brake discs.

During The Cayo Perico Heist’s Fingerprint Cloner preparation, black Novaks belonging to El Rubio’s cybersecurity staff can be parked outside the warehouse. More may serve as pursuit vehicles if CCTV detects the player entering El Rubio’s archive.
