SuperVolito

The SuperVolito is visible for a short time in the first Grand Theft Auto VI trailer, at 0:22, flying over Vice Beach in Vice-Dale County. This is the identified GTA VI appearance; it has been spotted in the vice-city region.

Its GTA VI livery treatment differs from the GTA Online model. The cockpit’s former paint and carbon-fibre arrangement has been reversed: areas previously finished in carbon are painted, while former painted areas appear carbon-fibre or use a third colour.

The helicopter draws heavily from the Eurocopter EC145. Its rear-side profile, tail boom, rear stabilisers and fins particularly follow that aircraft’s shape. The in-game aircraft’s luxury positioning may also relate to the EC145 version developed with Mercedes-Benz.

Its GTA Online form has a compact fuselage and a wedge-shaped glazed cockpit, with matching entry doors. Sliding middle-cabin doors, long skid-mounted steps, dark slatted engine intakes and round exhaust outlets define the central and rear sections. The short tail boom carries horizontal stabilisers with vertical end fins, plus an angled fin and tail rotor.

The SuperVolito entered Grand Theft Auto Online with the Executives and Other Criminals update on December 15, 2015. Buckingham is its in-game manufacturer, and GTA Online places it in the Helicopters class; when kept in a hangar, it is categorised as a Small aircraft.

The cockpit uses the same basic Flyer gauge set and general layout found in the Maverick and Police Maverick. Its passenger area includes tan leather seats, a television, surround-sound equipment and a coffee machine. Passengers can drink champagne and use the internet there rather than their mobile phone. Holding the vehicle-entry control allows access directly to the rear compartment, as with Deluxe vehicles.

Elitás Travel sells the SuperVolito for $2,113,000. Once made into a personal aircraft, it accepts primary and secondary paint colours, but its manufacturer markings remain fixed. Primary paint covers the engine section, parts of the rear fuselage, the main-rotor assembly and inner door trim; secondary paint covers much of the nose and sides, tail boom and skids.

A VIP or CEO can request one for $10,000, or without charge when it is owned. That request always uses a matte-black and dark-red scheme. CEOs can also spend $5,000 on SecuroServ’s Luxury Helicopter pickup, which may supply a SuperVolito or a Volatus and can immediately take the player to owned Special Cargo warehouses, Import/Export warehouses or an office.

Twin turboshaft engines are indicated by the two upper intakes and exhausts. The rotor audio resembles that of other aircraft, especially the Maverick, with a comparatively slow rotor-beat sound. It is agile and stable on its skids during landings, and handles better than larger helicopters such as the Swift, though it lacks the Buzzard’s versatility. Its large windows leave occupants exposed to gunfire.

A white example carries the second Dignitary during Exit Strategy, the third Mobile Operations mission. SuperVolitos can also appear during Casino Work: Severance, serve as targets in the optional Duggan Shipments preparation for the Diamond Casino Heist, and carry attacking enemies in Glass Heroes Survival and Vespucci Canals Survival. Entering one removes passive mode. Converting it into a personal aircraft removes its window tint, a behaviour also affecting the Carbon version and the Volatus.
