Vigero ZX Convertible

The Vigero ZX Convertible draws chiefly from the 2016–2018 Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible. Its fabric folding roof is the clearest shared feature, while the hood and front bumper also differ from the standard Vigero ZX in ways that follow the convertible’s inspiration. The GTA VI vehicle is a Declasse muscle-class model with a muscle body type.

Its relationship to the regular Vigero ZX is that of an open-roof derivative rather than a separate design family. The convertible uses a different standard front splitter, a cowl-style hood, and its own standard wheel design compared with the closed-roof ZX.

Before its GTA VI appearance, the vehicle entered Grand Theft Auto Online through The Chop Shop. The GTA VI version has been described as having a changed front bumper relative to that earlier rendition. Beyond that exterior revision, the available GTA VI information does not confirm which Online customization options, liveries, or upgrade paths return.

The prior Online model was sold through Southern San Andreas Super Autos for $2,295,000. Hao’s Special Works offered a conversion for $550,000 at the LS Car Meet, but that service was restricted to the Expanded and Enhanced editions. Those purchase and conversion details apply to the Online vehicle, not a confirmed GTA VI economy.

On the Online model, the main paint selection covered the exterior body. A secondary shade colored the interior stitching, while a separate trim shade could affect much of the cabin, including the dashboard, door panels, and seats. The trim-color setting existed on the vehicle from the start but was initially unavailable through its customization menu.

The Bottom Dollar Bounties update made that trim selection accessible. Its ten-spoke wheels could carry a dedicated wheel color on naturally generated examples, and low-profile tires were fitted by default. These are documented characteristics of the earlier Online version and are not confirmed as GTA VI specifications.

The Online car had a Declasse Pace Car livery, although no precise real-world pace-car reference is identified. Another paint scheme, Lane Racer, had a stripe-placement error: its hood stripes stopped short of the seam at the base of the windshield.

After the Hao’s Special Works conversion, the Turbo modification was labeled under “Modes,” terminology normally used for HSW electric or hybrid vehicles. The Vigero ZX Convertible is not described as electric or hybrid. A first-person animation issue also left the driver character’s hands away from the steering wheel; the same problem was reported on the Dominator GT.

Several faults in the original Online release were addressed by the Bottom Dollar Bounties update. With the roof lowered, rear quarter-window glass had protruded behind the passenger door, apparently because duplicated glass geometry was not fully retracted. The Carbon Performance Skirt option also failed to appear on the passenger side.

The Vigero ZX Convertible remains distinct from the regular Vigero ZX through its soft-top configuration and altered factory exterior pieces. The named Dominator GT is comparable only in sharing the first-person steering-hand oversight; no further design, class, or performance comparison is established.
