Verus

The available information confirms that Dinka’s Verus is planned for Grand Theft Auto VI. No trailer time, screenshot, promotional image, map region, or specific GTA VI activity is identified for it. Its GTA VI appearance should therefore be treated as confirmed only at the level of inclusion, rather than as evidence that its GTA Online locations, tuning options, handling, or mission roles will return unchanged.

In GTA Online, the Verus belongs to the Off-Road class and is an ATV made by Dinka. It is a large, utility-focused machine with two seats, plastic body protection, broad wheel arches, side steps, and racks at both ends. The front carries large mesh openings, headlights, a small intake, and a Dinka marking above the upper grille. A black plastic centre section forms much of the nose and serves as its impact protection.

The rider’s area includes handlebars mounted ahead of a digital display, with what appears to be a shifter on the left of the front panel. The vehicle has a pale seat, fuel filler on the left, side vents, exposed portions of its frame, visible springs and dampers, and one exhaust outlet. Rear light strips sit above the central rear duct, while the plate is mounted lower down.

Its side silhouette was described as being extremely close to that of a Honda ATV, but the particular Honda model is not named. The rear shape and tail lamps draw from a separate unnamed ATV, while the headlamps combine Honda-like and Polaris-like cues. The grille shape at the front also takes influence from another unnamed model, and the mudguards closely match those of a further unidentified ATV.

The Verus shares its broad, practical ATV form with the Blazer Lifeguard. Its engine is presented as a parallel twin similar to the Street Blazer’s, although it uses the engine audio associated with the Bagger and Hot Rod Blazer. These comparisons concern its GTA Online depiction and do not establish the specification of the GTA VI version.

The main paint colour covers the bodywork, while the chassis receives the secondary colour. Two late-stage hood choices include camouflage netting with a separate dial colour; purchased examples set that colour to white, though it cannot be selected by the player. The wheel design matches the Concave Steelie off-road rim sold through Los Santos Customs and other modification shops. Naturally spawned vehicles may have a dedicated rim colour, but that option is unavailable through normal customization.

A Saddle Bag upgrade gives the Verus a small traction increase, functioning in the same manner as a spoiler adjustment. Some listed parts are tied to Bunker Research before purchase. Its visible suspension has a presentation flaw: despite the exposed arms, springs, and shocks, most of these parts remain fixed rather than moving with the wheels. The front arms have only limited movement.

The Verus first entered GTA Online with The Cayo Perico Heist update. It could be found parked around Cayo Perico, and Agent 14’s Transportation Services could supply one without charge. Warstock Cache & Carry later listed it for $192,000, before the San Andreas Mercenaries update removed it from that storefront. During Verus Week and Weaponized Dinghy Week, it was free from February 18 through March 3, 2021.

It appeared in Cayo Perico’s Fingerprint Cloner preparation, with one inside the warehouse and two in El Rubio’s cybersecurity archive after its retail release. Heavy Metal, a Fooligan Job in Los Santos Drug Wars, placed a red example and a teal example near the departure area after the Bobcat XL delivery. The Brute Force File’s Infiltration Equipment setup could place a closed Verus in a military lockup in the San Chianski Mountain Range. Although official Cayo Perico artwork depicted pursuit by two Veruses, El Rubio’s cartel never used them to chase the player or spawned with them.

Among GTA Online ATVs, the Verus is described as one of the heaviest. Its mass leaves acceleration only average, though it has a good turning circle and resists collision damage well. It is less likely to throw off its rider in an impact than lighter machines, but loss of balance after a jump or a strike from a faster, more powerful vehicle can still dismount the rider. Its weight also prevents wheelies, and even upgraded versions were not regarded as race contenders.

Power reaches all four wheels through a five-speed transmission, with 45 percent of torque sent forward and 55 percent rearward. The exposed tyres are vulnerable to gunfire, making bulletproof tyres advisable. Its engine generally runs at lower revs than the Bagger and Hot Rod Blazer despite sharing their sound.
